Alinity Divine
Alinity made an appearance in a lawsuit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo from California filed a civil lawsuit seeking $25,000,000 in damages from Twitch. The lawsuit claimed that Twitch provided users with "overly sexually suggestive content from female streamers while they were on the website. According to Dexerto's court records, Estavillo, who had before sued Microsoft and Sony as well as Nintendo and Blizzard and Blizzard, filed the suit on the 15th of June, and Twitch received an official summons the following day. Estavillo as per the Santa Clara Superior Court of California complaint is suffering from a variety of medical conditions that force him to use internet for entertainment. Additionally, he suffers from obsessive compulsive disorder, and a sexual addiction. According to the suit, Twitch makes these issues more severe. It then listed several female Twitch streamers and claimed that they "continue in exposing viewers to sexy and addictive videos on a regular and regular on a regular basis." Alinity was not listed. The complaint seeks relief, the group wants to ban streamers for life who violated Twitch Terms of Service. $25 million in compensation is asked for, "to be divided between plaintiffs and other Twitch main Turbo Subscribers" with the remainder being donated to charities.
